Project & Planning Business Systems

Project & Planning Business Systems provides integrated administration, finance, IT planning and integration, and human resources support for Infrastructure Development.

The unit works closely with the Capital Financial Management team within Comptroller, and processes contracts and related documentation prepared by the Finance & Operational Excellence‘s procurement team. ¬†This documentation includes all invoices submitted by consultants and contractors throughout the course of every project.¬† The team also provides support in reporting and budgeting tools for the department.
