Jenny brings with her 19 years of UBC experience and extensive knowledge in managing, analyzing, and reporting on data. She currently works in Building Operations with the Asset Replacement & Improvements team, analyzing building management data, building interactive dashboards and other visual aids, and gathering information and reporting on routine capital projects and unplanned renewals. She is also involved with updating the UBC Technical Guidelines and maintaining its website.
Prior to joining Building Operations full-time in 2016, Jenny was working 50% at Infrastructure Development for Records, indexing and importing construction records into Laserfiche — the other 50 per cent was with Building Operations. Jenny has also worked for the Department of Civil Engineering at UBC, compiling statistical reports, and designing and maintaining various databases prior to joining UBC Facilities.
Jenny will be rejoining Infrastructure Development starting January 6, 2020.
