Project Summary
The new space is needed as a result of significant growth within Financial Operations, brought about by the Procurement Modernization initiative and the successful development of a new Service Delivery Model for UBC. Over the last 12 months, Financial Operations has welcomed some financial staff from faculties and administrative units across the university onto the central team, in addition to adding specialist buyer and procurement partner positions.
The open-plan office comes with a fully equipped kitchen, two meeting rooms, break-out space, and a relaxing entrance lounge.
