What we do

Project finances

The financial administrative team processes contracts and related documentation prepared by Infrastructure Development procurement. This documentation includes all invoices submitted by consultants and contractors throughout the course of every project.

Project communications

The project communications team creates and implements communications plans for programs and projects within Infrastructure Development.  The team also manages and works with information databases and client contacts to build strong client relationships between the department and the campus community.
