Project Services helps UBC museum welcome ancient sea monster

Infrastructure Development’s Project Services department was commissioned to lead the installation of the cast skeleton of an ancient marine reptile at UBC’s Pacific Museum of Earth (PME).

The the 13-metre-long, resin-cast Elasmosaurus skeleton—with a neck so long and heavy it would have barely been able raise its head above water—successfully took up residence in the glass atrium of the University’s Earth Sciences Building in late September.
